Purpose of the Job

Rainbow Finance, a division of The Shoprite Group, Africa's largest retailer, currently has an exciting opportunity available to join our team as a Collections Agent.

As a Collections Agent you will provide a debt recovery service and be responsible for locating customers and securing payment of accounts handed over to you. You must ensure that adequate payment arrangements are made on delinquent accounts handed over. A key function is maintaining good customer relations with borrowers.

Qualifications

Essential •Grade 12



Experience

Essential •(2-3 Years) Collections Experience
Desirable •(6 Months) Financial Experience



Knowledge and Skills

Essential •(1 Year) Collections Process Knowledge •(1 year) Computer literacy •(1 Year) Effective Interviewing •Valid driver’s license
